As a convention centre that values sustainability and supports greener meetings, Suntec’s Kai-Mei packed meal packaging uses biodegradable and recyclable materials.

Material waste is minimised with the use of a ‘spork’, i.e. a two-in-one utensil that is a spoon and also a fork.

Kai-Mei packed meals are individually packed set meals that help you to make the best out of your meeting schedule. Each set meal comes complete with disposable cutlery, and includes an appetiser, a main, a dessert and Suntec bottled water.

Suntec bottled water may be replaced with an orange juice box at an additional charge of $1.00 per meal.

For Exhibitors who wish to order Kai-Mei packed meals, you can opt to have a serviced option where these meals are distributed from a centralised service counter by our culinary team or delivered directly to your booth.

Ingredients are carefully sourced to ensure that you’ll get a fresh bite with every Kai-Mei packed meal. These wholesome set meals use healthier oils, feature brown rice, as well as reduced sugar options for desserts, so that you enjoy a perfectly balanced meal without compromising on flavour.

This product is only available in conjunction with an event booking at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. The Kai-Mei packed meals are available for delivery to your event space, all day from 0900-2100hrs.

You may place your order via Suntec Singapore Marketplace. If you have special dietary requirements, you can contact your Suntec Point of Contact to discuss

Minimum order quantity of 30 Kai-Mei packed meals per sitting, per day.

You should book Kai-Mei packed meals at least 14 calendar days prior to your event start date.

If you order via Suntec Singapore Marketplace, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address specified in your order form.

All menus are no pork / no lard.

Yes, orders for special dietary requirements can be added as a subset to the main menu order. There is no minimum order for special dietary requirements.

Just relax - our team has got it covered. Based on your specified time of service, Kai-Mei Meals will be distributed or delivered.

For Kai-Mei Meal orders served from a centralised service counter, our culinary team will distribute the meal boxes. No service/ wait staff will be assigned. We will provide menu signages and queue poles to facilitate self-collection of these packaged set meals.

Yes, it is possible. Please approach your Suntec Point of Contact for any additional orders, but do note that items are subject to availability.

Yes, for all service styles our team will assist to clear the boxes at the end of the service duration.

Refuse bins will be provided and placed near the service location.

Amendments, cancellation or changes are not permitted once the order is submitted.

Depending on the type of event you are organising, you can opt for either an invoicing option or instant payment via credit card.

Please take note that payment is required in full, prior to delivery based on the billing schedule specified in your order.
